I got an A in my chem class! The highest score in my class on the final. What? Like I was even trying. That's how we kill it.
Not. I worked my ass off for 5 weeks doing 3 chapters a week. I was dying. Many thanks to Trevor for our Skype tutoring sessions. It never hurts to have a PhD in your pocket.
I'm now neck deep in studying for my lactation exam. I am totally failing all these practice questions, but well, that's what practice questions are for, right? God, but I really suck though. However, I'm in the composition of human milk stuff right now, and it is totally fascinating. Like, amazing the stuff that is in there and how it all works. Formula can suck my ass.
Edited to add:
Apparently I was too falsely modest for my own good. I did indeed get an A, and I did indeed get the highest score on my final.

So, I'm confused. Did you get an A on the Chem final? If so, Congrats!! You're a genius!
Sorry, yes, I did get an A. That false modesty gets me nowhere.
We go hard or we don't go at all.
Roll hard, mommy. Roll hard.
Congratulations! That is very impressive! I have a Ph.D in Neuroscience and I SUCK at chemistry, never got above a C, it is my deep, dark secret at work. I am so glad that Andie/Katie didn't tell you that, I would have felt awful if you asked me for help and all I could do is direct you to my online solution calculators!
Heather! I totally would have asked you for help if I'd known about the PhD, so this is so funny. I sucked at chemistry in high school, but this time I really tried. It's kind of nice to do well at something when you really try.
Nice work Lillian!!
Woohoo! Well done :)
